Turning back time is impossible, but reversing damage to your wall or ceiling is doable. This concept is illustrated with a clock with a green face, surrounded by a black circular arrow, on a dark background with small red and black dots.

Whether it is small nail holes, openings from plumbing or electrical work, or damage from moving furniture, every repair gets my full attention. Pricing and timelines are provided after either an in-person viewing or photo review to ensure a proper repair. As a rough guide, I charge $75 an hr + plus materials.

Turning Back the Time on Your Walls

Close-up of a wall before drywall patch, repair, and painting work is completed. The walls present multiple types of damage, including cracks, chipping paint, a screw popping out, and a peeling section of wallpaper or paint.
  • Best for: Adding multiple small cosmetic fixes when scheduling a larger repair (like a single patch.

    Typical scope may include:
    Nail pops/screw pops
    Small anchor or fastener holes
Minor dents, dings, or hairline cracks

Time to Completion: Same day here

The process for wall or ceiling repairs follows a similar process including removing the damaged drywall, cutting out a clean, scoped section of wall, installing a new drywall panel, priming and painting the panel resulting in a seamless finish.
  • Single Patch Repair

Scope: One clearly defined wall repair

If the damaged area is somewhere between the size of a paperback book and a standard notebook, this is likely a single patch.

    Includes:
    Patch measured, cut, installed
Taping and multiple coats of compound as needed
    Sanding and feathering
    Clean job site

    Time to completion:
    On-site work: ~90 minutes
Ready for paint same day or next day (depending on dry time)

  • Water damage from roof leaks, plumbing mishaps, or HVAC condensation requires careful repair to prevent future problems. I also handle ceiling repairs like sagging tape joints, cracks, and access holes from plumbing or electrical work.

    Common repairs include:

    • Leak damage from roof or plumbing issues

    • Water stains and texture matching

    • Plumber or electrician access holes

    • Attic step-throughs

    • Cracked or sagging ceiling joints

Process: Remove damaged material, tape and mud seams, match texture

    Timeline:
    2-4 days depending on complexity

An unfinished room with drywall installed, visible drywall seams taped and mudded, two windows, and an unfinished floor, indicating ongoing finishing projects.
  • If you've got an unfinished basement, bonus room, or guest room sitting with exposed drywall, I'll tape, mud, sand, and prep it for paint.

Price: Custom estimate based on square footage and project scope
